Portrait photography for me is less about capturing a simple likeness of a person and more about capturing an element of their soul.
The challenge is not just to show what they look like but to share an element of their thoughts or beliefs and to reveal why they look that way.
It helps of course if they are as photogenic as Stéphanie.
